Google acknowledged the battery problem in Android 5.1.1 Wear

What is the point of the updates? Improve our device, there's no doubt. And updates can do this in many ways, from bug fixes and changes in performance to the introduction of new functions and features. The problem with each new update is that things never go as planned. When a device is updated it may have unwanted side effects, and sometimes they can become real disasters occur. Unfortunately for Google, this is what happened with Android version 5.1.1 Wear.

 Formerly there has been talk about a problem that seems to have this version of the platform for wearable's: The battery is consumed very quickly. Many users have complained that after updating your Smartwatch Android 5.1.1 Wear usage time is reduced considerably. The problem was first noticed in the Sony Smartwatch 3, but then began to repeat the same situation with devices from other companies.
No doubt the situation is bad, but Google has at least taken a step in the right direction: the company has recognized that there exists a problem in Android 5.1.1 Wear making the battery to last much less. The networking giant has promised is working on a patch to fix this flaw and has indicated that it will launch as soon as possible. Unfortunately the company has not shared a possible date for the arrival of this new update, so for now all we can do is wait.
Some users have indicated that after rebooting your device the battery problem has disappeared or decreased markedly. Still, what is clear is that there is a failure and many are waiting for it to be corrected soon.
