Nintendo would use the NX processor AMD

In desktops and laptops no doubt that Intel processors are still the most popular, but consoles level the story is not so simple, in fact one of the great current generation consoles, the Xbox One Microsoft uses an AMD CPU. Recently they have begun to spread rumors that would add more points in favor of AMD in the world of consoles, since apparently the next Nintendo console, which is now called Nintendo NX also run with a processor of the brand.

Reports indicate that there are documents that put AMD processors as the provider for the upcoming video game console Nintendo launches, remember that recently lost its president, Satoru Iwata. AMD CFO, Devinder Kumar, last year had already given some hints about it, indicating that some company would announce that their consoles would use a AMD APU (which combines CPU and GPU). So far that has not been officially announced, but may happen within the next month or the next big gaming event of the year, the Tokyo Game Show.
While Kumar did not mention Nintendo, most bets on the Japanese giant fall. It should also be noted that by using a microprocessor with architecture x86 (either AMD or Intel), Nintendo could create a support for the Wii U games, giving users of NX's ability to enjoy video games that console.
So far there have been no official statements on the matter, and it is natural because insurance Nintendo will reveal details on any important event like TGS or perhaps mentioned in a separate event. All we can do now is keep waiting.
